1. General
These terms apply to information and enquiries relating to Dodir bliskosti services. The exact scope, schedule and price are agreed individually with the client or the person arranging the service.
2. An enquiry is not an automatic booking
An enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or website does not guarantee availability and does not automatically create a contract. A service is agreed once both sides confirm its essential terms.
3. Scope of service
Services include the forms of day-to-day support described on the website and other activities expressly agreed within the registered business activity. Medical treatment and emergency healthcare are not part of this website’s offering.
4. Price and payment
The price is agreed before service begins based on scope, duration, frequency and location. Payment arrangements are also agreed before the service starts.
5. Changes and cancellations
Schedule changes and cancellations are arranged directly with Valentina. If a specific engagement has special cancellation conditions, these will be communicated before confirmation.
6. Complaints
Written complaints may be sent by email to the published contact address. Complaints will be answered within the period required by Croatian law.
